Page generator does not work for Ecommerce Page

Hi MDW-Team

We bought your MDW Theme yesterday.
We downloaded and installed (release 4.3.10) according to your instrations.

When we try to use the ‘Page generator’ everything works fine except the function
load for ‘Ecommerce Page’.
There is no descriptive error message on the screen and we are not
able to find a *.log file within the WordPress installation path.

Unfortionately this is exactly the template we have to work with.

Questions:
1) Is there a patch for the issue?
2) Does any workaround exist?
3) Would you like to inspect the problem at our test instance?

Please check if you have installed WooCommerce plugin. It is required with our Ecommerce Page.

After I installed WooCommerce plugin the Page Generator
works also for Ecommerce Page.
