Front Page

Written by Michał Krawczyk ,

  1. If you have your template, we can set your previously created page as a first thing your web visitors will see. Therefore we have to define which page will be your front page.
  2. To accomplish that, go to the Settings and choose Reading. Here is a place where you can manage the pages displays.
  3. On the top, you can see Front page displays. By default, visitors at first see your latest post. We want to change that. So, choose the second option a static page. Now you can easily define which page will be your front page. In the future, you will learn how to use, e.g., MDW Intro widgets or Full Carousel template, which are great choices for the landing pages. You can either choose one of those or any other you prefer.
  4. If you’ve chosen, click Save changes button.
  5. To see how your website looks like so far, hover the mouse over a top left corner of the website, on the name of your website, then visit site label will collapse. Click right mouse button and then Open link in a new tab. Done!
